Used these for outdoor stairs (with no railing) for off a bridge between buildings. Installed one on either side of the staircase at the top at the posts. Now I can stabilize my gait and balance going up or down. We live in the woods and the ground is very uneven; I had slipped coming down these stairs carrying an arm of laundry — hurt my hip, limped for months. These are essential for anywhere one may slip. Prevention is golden.

These grab bars are so handy. We mounted them near a panty area where I have to go up and down a step. I have mobility issues, so it is a great help to me. They are smooth and easy to grab. I highly recommend!!!

Received all in good order in very reasonable amount of time, considering how far away we are out here in the Fiftieth State! So far I have installed the 12 Inch Shower Grab Bars in the bathroom, the kitchen, the garage and front bedroom. The one in the bedroom is used as a trapeze bar for moving around in bed to get comfortable or to help roll over or turn to a side sleeping position. The bars in the kitchen are doubling as large, wide pull out shelf drawer pulls and hand towel hanger bars. Likewise in the bathroom; double duty as grab bars and drawer pulls for wide storage drawers. Excellent product, will probably order more when I think of more uses and locations for them!
