My sliding window has a faulty lock. My cat knows how to open sliding windows and doors, so I bought this to prevent my cat from doing so. It works wonders! I also tried opening it from the outside to test how durable it is. It works awesome, despite it not fitting perfectly. I was able to adjust by slanting it and it still works very well.
