Would have given it 5 stars but one of the carabiners had stripped threads. Fortunately I had another. I used it for part of a set up for hanging a boxing heavy bag.

Using for the ceiling mount to a double-end bag. Been so impressed i bought another for the base. Very quick and smooth swivel which is very sturdy and seems very well made, Only had it up a few weeks but am very happy with it so far.

Was not expecting this to be so well made, and extremely impressed. It is perfect for our hanging chair in the garden. Rotates like a dream and looks like it will last forever. Has been up for a few weeks in all weather and no problems at all. I expect the chair to degrade well before the swivel and carabiners. Highly recommend.
