Bought for a bar that I wanted to make portable. Worked perfectly. The casters are smooth and noiseless. If you are mounting to something heavy, I recommend better quality screws. The ones provided did not appear very heavy duty.

The caster wheels do what they are supposed to do well. Pretty easy to maneuver. Lock is a bit stiff, but it works.

The screws that come with it are small so they come with washers. Get rid of them and use a pan head wood screw. If you do use the included screws, be careful how tight you screw into wood so they don’t pull out. I bought 2 sets for an 8ft long mobile kitchen cart and they work even with all the weight of appliances and food.

I bought 4 sets of the 2″ casters – rated at 150 lbs / caster. Made 4 small sleds so I could move my pool table. 4 casters / sled, 4 sleds, handled my pool table easily. Rolled the table into the new position – was easy to move by myself, pool table easily glided around the Travertine. I set the locks on 2 casters on the end sleds as I placed and removed the sleds from the other side – kept the pool table from rolling. It was hardly a torture test – but they worked great for moving the pool table, and they still glide silky smooth after moving it. Pool table is an outdoor pool table with slate top – approx 1000 lbs. One thing to note, I thought I’d received a couple sets of used wheels, but it appears to be oxidation – white film on the wheels – it rubs off.

I use them to make carrying in the house a small box holding a 40lb lithium battery and inverter. Overall it does roll fine in the house. I do not think it will roll too well on other rougher surfaces, but I do not intend to take it outside. The screws it comes with were very small and did not hold well causing the rollers to become loose. After replacing the screws for larger ones it works the way I want it.
