Delight –
Kind of tricky to install. And once installed each hinge was fighting each other. After some adjustments they work as intended. For the price, they are well worth it. It just may take some trial and error to get everything lined up correctly. Gas struts are strong too.

When closed its 4″ tall and 13 1/4 wide opens to 9 1/2″ with about 6″ extension. I wanted something with more high and outward extension. I’ll use it foe storage on a desk

Perfect for my project! It slides up very smooth. Easy to install if you have basic hardware installation knowledge. Does not come with screws, but not a big deal. You would use different depth screws per project. Heavy duty. Great price!

This is the 2nd set I bought. I literally look for places I can use them. And I just found my new favorite spot for them. On my work bench in my garage. Great for storage, ammo or guns? Raises up the lid for an easy work surface as well.

Sturdy and easy to lift and close. Holds a 42″x22″x0.75″ solid oak tabletop steady and easily without closing. Side brackets sit a couple inches below the top edge, so the full hight lift is a little shorter than listed. Would buy again for my next woodworking project.
Desired –
The lifting bracket does the job, and has enough power to keep a 2×4.5 foot, 3/4th inc thick solid white oak coffee top up. The spring/piston mechanism is, but you do have to watch your fingers as it tends to slam down at the end. The major downside is when drilling and screwing in the top bracket. The holes are aligned nearly directly over the piston rod, so it’s difficult to put even 0.5 inch screws into the table top, much less have room for the screw driver.
