The pull out Lazy Susan is well built for the shelves and W mounting rail. I like the soft close feature. But the post mounting system leaves a bit to be desired. As it is made to be adjustable for various heights, it uses a pull out and cam lock system. The pull out post is way too small for the load it must secure. A tighter fitting pull out post would make the system less wobbly. Maybe a twist and lock system The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Like IKEA’s instructions, they are minimal. A few more technical pointers would help. The W shaped mounting rail is designed to mount flush with the floor of the cabinet as the mounting locations match the post mounting holes. Also distances from the face of the cabinet would help.

These shelves are just perfect. However, make sure you measure very carefully, as they are non-forgiving when you goto install them. The installation process is very simple and quick and they provide great storage in those hidden cabinets in your kitchen corners.

I bought this to replace a system in our new house. The produc seem very durable and it spins smoothly without randomly turning, when you stop it is stays. I have it all loaded up with various items and it is holding strong, no bowing or begging for mercy yet. 😉

A single page Installation sheet for left hand unit only is included. If you need a right hand unit, as I did, all instructions need to be reversed. All installation dimensions are in millimeters and would need to be converted to inches, if required. I needed a right hand unit, so I scanned, flipped the drawings horizontally, converted to inches and added legible text using Adobe Photoshop. This helped understand how this unit assembles and installs. After structural modifications to my corner cabinet, the unit was installed. After a few minor adjustments to the vertical pole and side plate locations, the trays were mounted on the 3 hinge pins and opened and closed perfectly. There is a rotating block on the rear hinge pin that adjusts the maximum open position, that is helpful, so the trays do not make contact with an adjacent door frame. The soft close feature works well and the unit has a quality look. Other than the installation sheet confusion, the support pole and side plate minor location changes, I am pleased with the performance of this dual tray corner swing out product. Studying the drawings after reversal, helped me see how this unit assembles and functions before starting the installation. I’ve include a few photos to see the final installation.

The instructions were for a left side but we ordered right. Made installation far more difficult. But the shelfs are really nice and they self close. They hold more than I expected. Very nice unit.

Item came on time and as advertised. It was a little difficult to install but only because I’m a little 3 dimensionally challenged. Once my wife helped explain how it would work, the installation went smoothly.

I can save more place now!

This was helpful and priced reasonably. I would definitely buy it again, however, I hope it’s not necessary to replace it.

Once you figure out how to install it, the shelves work smoothly and I would buy it again. The directions are an issue, first imagine the worst printer you ever owned printed the directions, I ordered a right hand shelf and the directions were for a left hand shelf, so everything shown had to converted in your mind to a mirror image. I am not sure if was the wrong directions or they only print a left side and why $.10 of the purchase price could not have gone for the proper directions. Everything so far could be figured out with a magnifying glass and some unnecessary thought, but a key component is shown absolutely in a very wrong position mounted on another component. You have to cheat ahead in the directions and use some deductive reasoning to figure out the proper installation. The motion of the shelf is smooth after assembly and time will tell if some of the plastic parts will hold up, but I assume the plastic parts are why it is not a more expensive shelf.
