These are stainless steel hex nuts which are good for applications outside and for when they will come into contact with water because the stainless steel nuts will not rust or corrode. These fit our application that we needed stainless steel nuts for. My husband had several projects going on with our boat, these worked perfectly.

These appear to be good quality Stainless steel nuts, lo carbon content based on magnet test. Small box of 20 is a good trial size. Left a few out in the weather this past week with multiple rains, no visible rust forming.

These bolts are high quality. The threads are machined well and cost less then what a store would charge, being they usally charge per nut.

Made my hubby smile! Stainless steel nuts are not something I bring home everyday, these are perfect for outdoor use as they don’t rust.

These come in a handy plastic case and packaged well. They seem well machined and I didn’t have any issues with threading or shape. They remind me of a set you’d pick up at a local hardware store. Even though they are China made, they seem fine to me. I recommend if the price is good.

You can’t have too many. As advertised.

I have a parrot that I make toys for and Stainless Steel is the recommended material when it comes to nuts and bolts. These work perfectly and I don’t have to worry about my bird being poisoned because he won’t keep his beak and tongue off of them.

Unlike Galvanized Fasteners, Stainless Steel won’t scratch off and start to rust. If you are working on a project that is outdoors, this is the way to go. The nuts are machined well, sized correctly and have a nice polished finish to them.

Good quality and should be excellent for outdoor use where they will not rust and they look good.

I’m more than satisfied with the quality of these hex nuts. The threading is smooth and clean, the size is accurate, and they appear to be made of a decent quality stainless given the heft and finish. The downside is that they come in a very cheap plastic case that broke at the hinge the first time I opened it. I received a pack of 20, so perhaps the pack of 100 has better packaging. The case aside, these have worked fine for building outdoor furniture and would be a good option for any outdoor or high humidity situation where you don’t want the fasteners to corrode.
