Hex Lock Nut with White Nylon Insert
Alternative to a hex nut and an anti-vibration washer. Ideal use for applications under vibration.
Hex nuts are six sided which makes them easy to tighten with a wrench or socket. They are used in conjunction with a bolt, threaded rod or other threaded fastener.
The elastic nylon insert fits tightly against the fastener, and is designed to resist loosening.
- 【High Quality Stainless】These Lock Nuts are 100% 18-8 (304) Stainless Steel which is one of the highest forms of corrosion resistant metals, making it last longer than other Nuts on the market today.
- 【Locknuts That You Can Depend On】Our hex lock nuts are very strong and are great for both indoor and outdoor use. This stainless is superior to regular steel and provides excellent rust resistance. With a nylon insert, these lock nuts greatly reduce loosening under vibrations and torque.
- 【Great To Keep Around】Bolt Dropper hex nuts are great to have around for use in wood and wet environments. Bolt Dropper Hex Nuts are the highest quality available on the market and we stand by our claim 100%. They are strong, corrosion resistant and will support all of your projects

the nuts work exactly like they are supposed to. not much more to it. the packaging was appropriately lean. the stainless steel looked about right for 303 or 304 sstl. the nylon inserts stayed in, (like they should.)

This is exactly what I needed. I fly high power rockets that have a lot of vibrations and with regular nuts you have to use glue to keep them from falling off, which makes switching parts out a mess. This is a quick and secure solution.

Quality nuts, exactly what I ordered.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I laughed, I cried, they changed my life. The only problem I had was that due to different lead times, I ordered hot dipped galvanized carriage bolts instead of zinc coated. We had some difficulty getting the nuts threaded all the way onto the bolts. Just due to the rough finish from the galvanizing. I can’t blame that on my nuts.

The Lock nuts came quickly but the packing was a in a form of a bag. I personally prefer that they are but into a plastic box or a container. Ultimately the locks nuts are of decent quality.
