Refund & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to return and get a refund/replacement?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) and provide the order number, return reason and the package photos to verify your order issue. The return items should be in original package.
Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.).
Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 1-2 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
1.Reasons Supporting Free Return
|DOA(Dead on arrival)||You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged|
|Wrong item sent||Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number and all shipping labels on the package|
|Quality issues||Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it|
Note: Please contact us with necessary pictures or videos for above return situations. Once verified, We will offer you a suitable solution.
2.Reasons Not Supporting Free Return
|Arrived too late||VADANIA will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.|
|Don’t want/need/like it||Receive the item but change your mind/order by mistake/price changes|
|Without manual or non-standard manual||Contact us for manual|
|User’s error||Any damage caused by user’s misoperation will not be covered|
Note: For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock.
3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item is lost or damaged on the way for return
Exchanges or Replacement for damage product
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replacement for your order, please keep the damage package and product, we will need photos of them as a proof. And if you find the product not work after installed, please remember to take a video record for it for warranty! Send us an email at email@example.com for detail replacement process.
